2013 – RFA Fitness!

Happy New Year!  Thank You for a wonderful 2012 getting to know you better and watching you progress.  You are all stellar, you know!

I am greeting this new year, inspired by a few new exercises, new paint on the studio walls,  and a few new pieces of gear.  You can’t wait, can you?

A new client joined me this past year, and during her assessment, I asked what her goal for working with me was.  She answered, “I want to be ready for anything!”  I am choosing her response as a new theme, and offering smarter, easier ways to stay fit, healthy, lean and strong.  Then, whatever activity presents, you can sport a grin on your face, knowing you can do it – READY FOR ANYTHING!

I’m receiving many positive RSVPs and I so look forward to next Sunday and being with you and your guests.  I have my menu almost ready – just have to ask Chef Barbara for a little help.  I am so lucky that she is so willing!

Christmas falls on Tuesday.  I will be training on Monday, the 24th until Noon and will check with each of you regarding the rest of the week.  It will be light for sure.

On January 1st my rates increase, as I specified last month.  (Page down for that info.)  Current clients can purchase vouchers for use in 2013 at your current 2012 rate.   Those will be valid until March 31st, 2013.

The January 4th study on Belief and Metabolism will begin at Noon and we will finish by 2:00.  Remember, it is FREE, and I would like to know that week who is coming.

I am grateful for each of you – those who have been clients for a while and those just beginning.  Sleep well; eat well; move a lot; and  Jingle all the way!
